Summary: The hotel smelled amazing and it was very clean. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were well maintained. The bar tender Carlos was friendly and treated us like family. We loved the hotel and will make this our go to hotel going forward. The only downside was that our bathtub did not drain the water as it should so we were bathing with the tub semi-full. We didn’t complain because we understand these things happen and we were staying for 2 days, but is something that does need to be fixed. Other than that everything was amazing. Close to the airport and accessible to the stores and restaurants. I recommend Pullman Suites and Resort

Summary: The hotel was great it was one of the better hotels I've stayed at, very clean and quiet breakfast was good. I will go back there if I go back to miami

Summary: I expected more from this hotel; unfortunately the hallway smelled of dog urine and elevators smelled like a wet dog. Smelling so terrible that you had to hold your breath to get to the room. Room was not cleaned properly stains on seats and bathroom still had hair on towels, shower and ceiling of bathroom toilet had stains of water signaling hasn’t been cleaned properly. Hotel is run down and in desperate need of a face lift. Staff members were pleasant just the actual facility is awful. Breakfast was ok nothing special for the price that’s being charged. Also you can hear everything from the halls and doors slamming in your room hard to get young child to sleep.

Summary: The hotel was in the beautiful Waterford District, 5 minutes from the airport. One of the doors was under repair, so we had to enter through another door. Inside was very neat and clean. Lots of lighting with high ceilings and beautiful art decor. Very elegant. The staff was very friendly and greeted us upon entering. They asked if they could store our luggage until check in which wasn't until 2:30 or 3. It was just after noon. I didn't see water near the front which is important to me. They told us there was a restaurant bar on the lower level fish a beautiful staircase. There is also an elevator. We ordered food. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Outside the stalls were just as elegant as the rest of the hotel but inside the stalls, the toilets need to be upgraded and/or replaced. It could have been cleaned a little better. Food was served rather quickly and the looked plentiful and nicely served. The outside view was eye catching. There was a nice pool also. I was in the 8th floor overlooking all of Miami. The room was nice, clean and welcoming. Here, the bathroom was also clean, but the toilet needed replacing as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay again.
