Summary: Wonderful stay by the airport, the only thing about the shuttle it drops you off at arrivals when you are being dropped off to depart. They should change that.

Summary: My flight was delayed then cancelled and finally rerouted. I arrived past midnight and the reception desk was very polite when I arrived and even asked the security guard to escort me to my room. Friendly staff and cleanliness was excellent.

Summary: Breakfast was a waste of time, paid for ten days. Had Breakfast twice. Cold coffee and tea which meant you bought a hot drink from the Starbucks franchise, very smart! All the staff we lovely and tried their best to accommodate you as well as the could. Air Conditioning was permanently on freezing so had to ask for a HEATER. To be honest the place is not bad , just needs a refurbish and small upgrade. If you are staying a night then on to a cruise, then it’s fine. But unfortunately I had to stay for ten days!
